Don’t call me yet
I’m not in the mood to talk
Get out of bed
Just to do my daily walk
I fight along
As I walk on the pavement
Can’t sing a song
I’m too tired for that stuff
Sit on a bench
Just to catch my breath and think
And this old bench
Can surely feel my heart sink
Too old to live
But I’m still too young to die
Nothing to give
When little Nina comes by
And when I die
There’ll be Angels – maybe seven
I’ll miss birds in the sky
So do birds sing in heaven?
